Experienced In-Home Caregiver ( Weekly PAY)

Pay

Pay ranges from $18.50 to $22.00 per hour, with top pay of $22.00 per hour. Employees receive weekly pay, with optional daily pay through PayActiv, and mileage reimbursement for travel.

Responsibilities

• Personal care: dressing, bathing, grooming, and assisting with meals
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing
• Transportation: driving clients to appointments, running errands, and grocery shopping
• Companionship: engaging in games, puzzles, or other activities that provide social and emotional support

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
• At least 18 years of age
• HCA registration with the State of California (we can assist with obtaining this upon hire) and meeting state background requirements
• Valid driver’s license with access to a fully insured personal vehicle
• TB clearance or chest X‑ray
• Ability to comply with state background screening requirements and be eligible to work in the US
• Must pass timely and accurate positive fingerprint identification as required by California Health and Safety Code – California Community Care Facilities Act; conditional offers will be rescinded for applicants convicted of non‑exemptible crimes
