Experienced Caregiver (Weekly PAY + Benefits)

TheKey is the largest provider of private pay in-home care for aging seniors in North America, offering top pay rates of $22.00 per hour. Currently hiring for all shifts with full-time and part-time availability.

Responsibilities

• Personal care: dressing, bathing, grooming, and assisting with meals
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing
• Transportation: driving clients to appointments, running errands, and grocery shopping
• Companionship: games, puzzles, or other activities that provide social and emotional support

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
• At least 18 years of age
• HCA Registration with the State of California (assistance provided upon hire)
• Valid driver’s license with access to a fully insured personal vehicle
• TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray
• Must comply with state background screening requirements and be eligible to work in the US
