EXPERIENCED HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide superb service to customers by maintaining, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing heating and cooling systems.
• Perform a variety of tasks including both routine maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Replace parts such as compressors and other components as needed.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of residential service experience.
• Valid drivers license with a good driving record.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime as needed.
• Able to be on call for after-hours calls on a scheduled rotation.
• Reliable attendance.
• Good listening skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Able to handle high-stress situations.
• Take pride in work.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs., work from heights, and in small crawl spaces.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
