What You'll Do
- Dialose, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems
- Perform maintenance and troubleshoot HVAC equipment issues
- Communicate findings clearly and provide customers with repair and replacement options
- Recommend solutions based on customer needs and system performance
- Complete quality work while following company procedures and safety standards
- Maintain a professional customer experience from start to finish
Qualifications
- 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification required
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently while following safety guidelines
- Dependable, professional, and committed to quality workmanship
Preferred Experience
- Nate Certification (preferred, not required)
