EXPERIENCED HVAC MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance and repair services for residential and commercial heating and cooling systems.
• Ensure efficient and reliable operation of HVAC systems for customers.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns.
• Perform routine inspections and diagnose issues to prevent breakdowns.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve problems professionally.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various conditions including heights and crawl spaces.
• Express technical information clearly to non-technical individuals.

Requirements

• At least one year of residential maintenance experience (preferred but not required).
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
• A strong work ethic and pride in one's work.
• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• The ability to work at heights and in small spaces.
• The ability to explain technical information in simple terms.
