Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC systems
- Support troubleshooting, diagnostics, and basic repairs
- Work alongside experienced technicians to build technical skills
- Document service work and communicate findings clearly
- Service accounts across the Denver metro area
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of HVAC experience (commercial preferred, open to strong residential techs)
- Exposure to RTUs, split systems, and basic HVAC troubleshooting
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and coachable mindset
- Valid driver’s license with clean MVR
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
