Position Summary
Paycor is Chowan’s online payroll and time card system. You are responsible for verifying your information on the checklists and ensuring accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Verify information on the Employee Verification Checklist, Tax Setup Information, Address and Contact Information, and update your work email to a Chowan email if necessary.
- Clock in and out for all hours worked, and submit punch change requests through Paycor for approval by your supervisor.
- Ensure all hours worked are verified and approved by both the employee and supervisor. Supervisors must approve time cards by 12pm on the Monday of the biweekly payroll week or 4 days before the monthly pay date.
