Experienced Human Capital Management Consultant

About the role

We are seeking talent with Human Capital Management consulting experience to join our Corporate & Shared Services practice. The role involves working on small project teams to identify and often implement solutions to client problems and challenges. Project teams are typically composed of three or four consultants and a partner.

Responsibilities

• Manage a variety of project types and sizes, including travel as necessary.
• Work closely with experienced ScottMadden consultants and partners to maximize learning and meaningful project contributions.
• Contribute to the HCM consulting practice, driving best practice consulting behaviors into the organization.
• Create project-related deliverables such as process maps, project plans, change management assessments, implementation plans, communication plans, and financial models.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Engage with people at all levels of an organization, focusing on service orientation and client focus.

Requirements

• MBA or other relevant advanced degree (3+ years of HCM consulting experience preferred).
• Experience in Shared Services is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Project and Outlook).
