Experienced Field Copier Technician (Canon, Ricoh, Sharp, Konica Minolta)

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair copiers, printers, production devices, and related office equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment installations.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and networking issues.
• Build strong customer relationships through professional, reliable service.
• Manage your daily schedule, service calls, and parts inventory efficiently.
• Work closely with our experienced service team to resolve challenging issues.

Requirements

• Experience servicing Canon, Konica Minolta, Ricoh, Sharp, Kyocera, HP, Lexmark, Xerox, or similar office equipment.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Basic networking and computer knowledge.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and manage a daily service territory.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Qualifications

We want technicians who enjoy working in the field and take pride in doing the job right. Preferred qualifications include manufacturer certifications, though they are not required.
