About the role
Pacific Office Automation is seeking a Field Copier Technician (Canon, Ricoh, Sharp, Konica Minolta) to join their service team in the Albuquerque, NM area.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair office equipment such as copiers, printers, and fax machines
- Provide high-quality technical support to customers
- Communicate clearly with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Develop solutions for unique or complex technical issues
- Manage time, resources, and assigned territory efficiently
Qualifications
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Experience or training with Canon, Ricoh, HP, Xerox, or similar manufacturers (a plus)
- Strong computer skills (a plus)
