About the role
We are seeking a Field Copier Technician (Canon, Ricoh, Sharp, Konica Minolta) to join our service team in the Seattle, WA area. This is a field position with a possible territory near you, as we service all of Seattle and surrounding areas.
Essential Job Duties
- Troubleshooting and repairing office equipment (copiers, printers, fax machines, etc.)
- Providing high-quality technical support to our customer base
- Communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Developing options to solve unusual problems
- Managing time, resources, and territorial considerations
Qualifications
- Mechanical and Electrical Mindset
- Other experience and training with Canon, Ricoh, HP, Xerox, and other manufacturers is a plus!
- Strong computer knowledge a plus!
