Responsibilities

• Answer and prioritize emergency and non-emergency service calls
• Schedule and dispatch service technicians for installations and repairs
• Maintain accurate customer records in our database
• Coordinate with field teams to troubleshoot service issues
• Ensure clear and timely communication between customers and technicians
• Play a critical role in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in dispatch (required)
• Service Titan experience (required)
• Experience in plumbing dispatch preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a customer-first attitude
• Familiarity with dispatching or scheduling software is a plus

Pay and Schedule

The pay for this position is $50,000 - $55,000 annually. This is a full-time position, generally working 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m, Monday-Friday. Candidates must successfully pass a drug test and background check.
