Experienced Contract Manager
Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of the clinical trial agreement (CTA) process for global, multi-site clinical trials
- Develop the study-specific CTA strategy with the Sponsor and internal stakeholders
- Create country-specific CTA templates
- Negotiate CTAs and the corresponding budget directly with sites
- Present progress to internal and external stakeholders ensuring deliverables are met within agreed upon timelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant legal or business field
- 6+ years of direct CRO experience required
- Contract and budget negotiation experience
- 3+ years of management or oversight experience
- Ability to effectively influence others
- Exceptionally strong communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Compensation
A target salary range of $100,000 to $150,000 with potential for bonus awards.

About the Role
We are growing rapidly, and currently seeking a full-time, office-based Site Contract Manager to join our Clinical Operations team in our Denver office. This position will work on a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success.
