Experienced Concrete Laborer (Cementeros)

Responsibilities

• Assist in all phases of concrete construction, including forming, pouring, finishing, and curing.
• Set forms and help prepare sites for concrete placement.
• Mix, pour, and spread concrete.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Work as part of a team to complete projects on time and to specifications.

Qualifications

• Previous concrete or construction experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites.
