About the role
STRUCTURAL is seeking Concrete Laborers of all skill levels to join our team performing work throughout Northern NJ and surrounding areas. Construction duties include:
- Concrete repair
- Concrete demolition
- Concrete placement and finishing
- Formwork / carpentry
- Rebar replacement
- Caulking
- Expansion joints
- Coating application
- Carbon Fiber installation

Requirements
Individuals should have 2+ years of experience, however we are willing to train.
- OSHA 30, NYC DOB 40-hour SST training
- NYC DOB 4-hour scaffold user
Employees must have reliable transportation to travel to and from job sites. Site locations can be anywhere in the tri-state area.
Qualifications
Strong consideration will be given to those who are hardworking and willing to learn.
Skills
Preference will be given for previous field leadership experience. Bi-lingual English / Spanish is a plus.

Qualified candidates have the opportunity to earn between $22 to $32 per hour (based upon years and level of relevant work experience) and enjoy benefits including medical, dental, 401(k), paid vacation and more!
