Concrete Laborer

About the role

STRUCTURAL is looking for Concrete Laborers to join our team performing work throughout the New England area. Candidates must be willing and able to travel to and from jobsites throughout the New England area (which includes, but is not limited to: Connecticut, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island).

Responsibilities

• Construction Duties Include:
• Concrete repair
• Concrete demolition
• Concrete placement and finishing
• Concrete strengthening
• Formwork / carpentry
• Rebar replacement
• Caulking
• Expansion joints
• Coating application
• Carbon Fiber installation

Requirements

• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Must have a flexible schedule and be open to overnight stays in hotels (company provided).
• Should be team, solution, and safety oriented.
• Must have 2+ years of experience, but we will train!
• A hoisting license is a plus!

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds.
• Must pass a background check.

Skills

• Strong physical stamina and endurance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of construction techniques and materials.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
