Concrete Laborer

Responsibilities

• Aid in site preparation and demolition of existing materials.
• Support forming, rebar installation, and concrete placement.
• Operate small tools such as demo saws, compactors, and mixers.
• Maintain a clean and organized jobsite.
• Assist with masonry tasks like mixing mortar or staging materials.
• Support backfilling, compaction, and post-pour cleanup.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Requirements

• Basic understanding of concrete tools and equipment.
• Ability to take direction and learn new skills.
• Good work ethic and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two years of concrete labor experience.
