Experienced Commercial HVAC Journeyman

About the Position

We are currently seeking an Experienced Commercial HVAC Journeyman to join our field team. In this role, you'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of commercial HVAC systems across active job sites. You'll work on complex equipment, ensuring systems operate efficiently and reliably. This role also provides opportunities to support and guide less experienced technicians in the field.

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC systems
• Maintain safety standards and follow company procedures on all job sites
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians
• Travel to job sites as needed and support ongoing project work

Schedule

Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday
Overtime opportunities available depending on project needs

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of commercial or industrial HVAC experience
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills across multiple systems
• EPA Universal certification
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• NATE certification and HVAC technical schooling (preferred)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in active job site environments
• Willingness to travel as required
