About The Job
Looking for qualified journeyman/foreman installers for new construction, tenant finish and industrial projects. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who takes pride in quality work, developing apprentices, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
What We’re Looking For
- Journeyman licensed in commercial HVAC/sheet metal
- Proven leadership experience running crews on jobsites
- Strong blueprint reading and layout skills
- Ability to manage productivity and keep projects on schedule
- Commitment to quality workmanship and safety
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
What You’ll Do
- Lead and supervise field crews on commercial HVAC/sheet metal installations
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents
- Plan daily work to maintain productivity and meet project schedules
- Install and oversee installation of ductwork and HVAC systems
- Train and mentor apprentices
- Cook up with project managers, general contractors, and other trades
- Maintain daily reports, track labor hours, and manage materials
- Ensure all work is performed safely and meets company standards
