Responsibilities

Missing Person. They're probably somewhere between their 7th and 30th year in real estate. They're licensed. Experienced. Sharp. And frankly, a little tired.

Not tired of people. Not tired of real estate. Not tired of helping buyers find the right home. They're tired of everything else. Tired of paperwork. Tired of deadlines dictated by listing agents. Tired of writing offers that never get accepted. Tired of spending money on marketing, videos, flyers, signs, and branding. Tired of chasing business instead of doing the work they actually love.

What they love is the hunt. They listen carefully to buyers. Not just to what is being said. To what isn't being said. They can often show one or two homes and know exactly which one is right. They aren't "door openers." They aren't order takers. They're willing to challenge buyers. To push back. To ask better questions. To point out flaws. To tell buyers why a home might be a bad fit. Ironically, that's why buyers trust them. Because they know this agent is on their side.

$65,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
