Responsibilities
- Aid clients in finding and purchasing suitable residential properties within their budget.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to keep clients informed about available properties and market trends.
- Schedule and manage property showings, inspections, and appraisals with clients and other real estate professionals.
- Negotiate purchase offers and counteroffers to achieve favorable terms and conditions for clients.
- Guide clients through the entire home buying process, including exploring financing options, reviewing contracts, and managing the closing procedure.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the Merritt Real Estate Group team to ensure efficient communication and transaction management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- At least 2 years of experience in real estate sales or customer service.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build trust with clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using real estate software and tools.
Benefits
The Merritt Real Estate Group offers a competitive compensation structure, including a base salary of $75,000 - $125,000 USD annually, and a significant commission-based income.
