Main Responsibilities

  • Manage customer accounts, follow up with customers, and provide troubleshooting assistance for customer-related issues.
  • Reach daily goals of outbound sales activities.
  • Compile a daily list of sales leads, delegate leads, and provide data to the Sales Team.
  • Develop and monitor performance indicators.
  • Manage the Sales database.
  • Assist with customer visits and provide outside sales support as needed.
