Experienced Automotive Technician 2nd Shift (Up to $6,000 Sign on Bonus)

Carvana is the fastest‑growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history and one of the four fastest companies to make the Fortune 500. As an Experienced Auto Technician you will perform a full range of automotive repairs—from light maintenance to heavy engine work—and diagnostics on our vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Perform general to complex repairs on all makes and models, including timing belts, suspension systems, and heavy engine work.
• Diagnose and repair advanced vehicle electrical issues, including work on electric and hybrid vehicles.
• Complete repairs for wheel bearings and axles, as well as vehicle climate control systems (ACs and heater cores).

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional automotive repair experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools; must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing production environment while sometimes being exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
• Use of safety equipment that may include face shield or goggles, non‑slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
