Accurate Auto Group is hiring experienced Automotive Service Advisors for locations in Lake Havasu City, Kingman, and Parker, AZ. Responsibilities

• Build relationships with new and returning customers
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle needs
• Review digital vehicle inspections and technician recommendations
• Prepare and confidently present repair estimates
• Explain repairs and maintenance in clear, easy-to-understand language
• Help customers prioritize recommended services
• Obtain repair approvals and keep customers informed throughout the process
• Manage multiple repair orders and customer conversations simultaneously
• Coordinate with technicians to keep work flowing efficiently
• Follow up with customers and deliver an exceptional service experience
• Help maintain an organized, professional front office

Requirements

This is not an entry-level position. You’ll thrive here if you have:

• Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience
• Comfort managing a busy service drive and multiple repair orders
• Confidence discussing and presenting larger repair recommendations
• Ability to build trust without relying on high-pressure sales tactics
• Clear and professional communication with customers and technicians
• Strong organizational skills and follow-through on commitments
• Enjoyment in solving problems and helping people
• Ownership of your performance
