About the role
Buck Brothers Asphalt Paving & Concrete is a 5th-generation family-owned company seeking an experienced Asphalt Mill Operator for local work in NW Ohio & SE Michigan. The position involves operating modern equipment, working 40–60 hours per week during an 8-month season.
Responsibilities
- Operate a new CAT 6.5' 800 HP asphalt mill (automatic controls).
- Mill commercial parking lots & private roads.
- Affix to unloading/cleaning equipment & routine maintenance.
- Work under a foreman as part of a dedicated team.
Requirements
- Prior asphalt milling experience (required).
- Safety-focused, dependable, and team-oriented.
- Able to work 40–60 hrs/week during the 8-month season.
