Experience Support | Patient Experience, Contingent

What You'll Do

• Maintains skills to support Patient Experience department in varied capacities as needed.
• Serves as needed as a Courier, Experience Concierge, or Parking and Courtesy Cart Attendant in the event there is a staff absence.
• Demonstrates exceptional customer service/interpersonal skills while providing coverage for any of the three positions.
• Parking and Courtesy Cart Attendant: Patrols/surveys parking lot and attends to customer service needs of individuals.
• Provides transportation by golf cart, instructions/directions, assistance with contacting additional resources when needed.
• Courier: Operate vehicle and related equipment to pick up and deliver lab specimens, mail, dietary food, and supplies.
• Experience Concierge: Extends an open and welcoming approach that encourages guests to ask questions or request assistance.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or service industry experience preferred.
• Great attention to detail and creativity.
• High school diploma or equivalent, culinary certification and food safety certification preferred.

Shift

Variable shifts with the latest shift ending at 8pm; Weekend and holiday rotation required.
