Experience Powdercoat Operator

About the role

The Powder Coat Line Painter will be responsible for proper preparation of product and equipment, applying powder coat, and ensuring quality per customer and company specifications. They will be able to work and train all aspects of the powder coat line.

Requirements

Must Haves:

• Minimum of 1 year powder coat application experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferreds:

• Experience with painting on an automated powder coat line
• Blueprint reading
• Ability to take basic measurements

Responsibilities

• Help in other areas as needed
• Loading and unloading parts
• Plugging/masking
• Spraying
• Operate all coating equipment including guns, hoppers, and paint booth
• Proper cleaning and maintenance on paint line equipment and area
