Expediter

Location: Aiken, SC 29805. Duration: 12 months contract with potential extension. Citizenship: US Citizenship or Permanent Residents required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload parts onto weld tables and fixtures; stage weldments and fixtures as needed in production or lay‑down areas.
• Review paperwork before moving items to the next operation and watch for damaged parts or components.
• Apply basic problem‑solving skills in a weld and machine environment.
• Operate material handling equipment safely, including forklifts, hand carts, cranes, rigging equipment, magnets, and related tools.

Requirements

• Obtain forklift and crane/rigging certification within two months of hire.
• Ability to operate forklifts and lifting equipment safely and reliably.
• Commitment to promoting a culture of safety.
• Maintain high professional conduct and dedication to continuous improvement.
• Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass crane and rigging training within two months of hire.
• Forklift experience and certification or qualification.

Pay

$26.72 per hour (W2).

Schedule

• 1st shift: 3/12 schedule, 5:00 am – 5:30 pm (Job ID 7678)
• 2nd shift: 4/40 schedule, 3:15 pm – 1:45 am (Job ID 7666)
