About the role
The Expediter I plays a crucial role in the supply chain solutions business of Incora, a leading player in the aerospace industry. Our customers are at the core of our operations, and the Expediter I is responsible for building and maintaining excellent customer relationships by swiftly addressing routine inquiries and requests, handling rush orders, resolving order-related issues, monitoring material and part availability, and expediting parts through receiving and inspection processes.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to routine inquiries and requests
- Facilitate rush orders
- Trouble-shoot order-related issues
- Maintain availability of materials and parts
- Expediting parts through receiving and inspection processes
- Provide ongoing and excellent customer service
- Perform various related administrative tasks in support of the Warehouse team and/or the Tooling Repair facility when necessary
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proven excellence in customer service, order entry, and/or warehouse/shipping skills
- Current knowledge of Incora customers and products
- Demonstrated ability to accurately and efficiently perform root cause analysis and conduct thorough research
- Demonstrated skills in detailed data entry
- Excellent customer service attitude, willing to assist in multiple areas within the Warehouse department
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with professional daily interactions with customers (as trained)
- Ability to maintain organized and clear work practices
- Knowledge of integrated database systems, job-specific software programs, and Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook, Word, and Excel)
Qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience using Copilot or other AI tools to enhance productivity
