Expediter

About the role

The Expediter I plays a crucial role in the supply chain solutions business of Incora, a leading player in the aerospace industry. Our customers are at the core of our operations, and the Expediter I is responsible for building and maintaining excellent customer relationships by swiftly addressing routine inquiries and requests, handling rush orders, resolving order-related issues, monitoring material and part availability, and expediting parts through receiving and inspection processes.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to routine inquiries and requests
• Facilitate rush orders
• Trouble-shoot order-related issues
• Maintain availability of materials and parts
• Expediting parts through receiving and inspection processes
• Provide ongoing and excellent customer service
• Perform various related administrative tasks in support of the Warehouse team and/or the Tooling Repair facility when necessary

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Proven excellence in customer service, order entry, and/or warehouse/shipping skills
• Current knowledge of Incora customers and products
• Demonstrated ability to accurately and efficiently perform root cause analysis and conduct thorough research
• Demonstrated skills in detailed data entry
• Excellent customer service attitude, willing to assist in multiple areas within the Warehouse department
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with professional daily interactions with customers (as trained)
• Ability to maintain organized and clear work practices
• Knowledge of integrated database systems, job-specific software programs, and Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook, Word, and Excel)

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience using Copilot or other AI tools to enhance productivity
