About the role

This role is ideal for a relationship-focused sales professional who enjoys helping customers achieve more value from the solutions they already use. As an Expansion Account Executive, you'll partner with existing customers to identify opportunities for growth, introduce additional Activated Insights solutions, and build long-term customer relationships. Working closely with Customer Success and Sales Leadership, you'll own expansion opportunities from discovery through close while serving as a trusted advisor to your accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts with a focus on upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion
  • Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that help customers achieve their business goals
  • Conduct account reviews and growth conversations with key stakeholders
  • Manage expansion opportunities through the sales process from discovery to close
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success to maximize customer outcomes and identify growth opportunities
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of expansion opportunities
  • Maintain accurate account information, opportunity tracking, and forecasting within CRM
  • Develop expertise in the healthcare industry and Activated Insights product portfolio

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Account Executive, or SaaS sales roles preferred
  • Experience with upselling, cross-selling, or growing existing customer relationships preferred
  • Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, or similar platforms preferred

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Multiple video meetings each day where web camera use is required

Schedule & Location

Full-time, 40 hours each week
Monday through Friday, core business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM locally, with occasional flexibility for collaboration across time zones or to meet critical deadlines
On-site at our office in Idaho Falls, ID
