Position Summary
This role is responsible for growing revenue within an assigned portfolio of existing CoAd clients. Expansion Account Executives identify opportunities, lead discovery conversations with business leaders, and introduce additional services that strengthen the client’s HR and workforce infrastructure. Primary solutions include benefits, time and attendance, HR services, retirement, and related offerings.
What You’ll Do
- Own expansion revenue within a defined book of existing clients
- Run discovery conversations with owners and senior decision-makers
- Identify triggers such as workforce growth, operational complexity, compliance needs, and benefits gaps
- Position additional services including benefits, HR support, retirement, and time tracking
- Build and manage a pipeline of expansion opportunities
- Forecast deals and manage opportunities through close
- Partner with underwriting, benefits, and service teams to move opportunities forward
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
- Comfortable selling to business owners and senior leaders
- Strong discovery and consultative selling skills
- Organized, accountable, and metrics-driven
- Competitive and motivated by performance environments
