The Manager of Account Management position is open within our NA Fuel line of business in Nashville, TN. We are seeking a Manager who excels at maintaining and growing client relationships, leading a team of account managers, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships, including understanding key contacts, account preferences, and production trends.
- Manage client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance with client deliverables and revenue.
- Maintain collaboration with internal departments to ensure account success.
- Set strategy and execute activities to drive account retention and growth.
- Monitor and manage key performance indicators for the team and customers.
- Participate in business reviews with clients using internal reporting tools.
- Attend scheduled trainings, meetings, and events as assigned.
- Manage process improvements and coach team members.
Qualifications & Skills
- College degree with at least 5 years of work experience, including at least 2 years as a manager of people.
- Previous Account Management experience.
- Demonstrated strong negotiation, teaching, and reporting skills.
- Proven ability to work in a team environment and deliver high-quality service.
- Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with Salesforce, including reporting and analysis of data.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
- High level of professionalism and personal responsibility.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- A servant leadership perspective that supports team members and motivates individuals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
