About the role
Our corporate subscriptions Manager, Account Management role requires a mix of relationship management, customer engagement, and data-driven decision-making to ensure retention and growth within the education sector.
Responsibilities
- Manages 1 or more development managers or sellers focused on new business activities while also carrying an individual quota for revenue generation.
- Sets the strategy for new business within his or her team.
- Manages pipeline via Salesforce.
- Conducts virtual and in-person meetings with clients to establish relationships and drive new opportunities into pipeline.
- Sets KPIs for sellers in consultation with sales leadership for his or her team.
- Stays up to date with Dow Jones suite of enterprise subscription solutions.
- Travels to meet clients (where appropriate).
- Forecasts team revenue to management.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or a related commercial role.
- 2–5 years in a leadership or management role.
- Experience in a subscription-based, SaaS, media, or information services business is a strong plus.
- Previous experience working with enterprise clients or large organizations.
- Strong track record in B2B sales and revenue generation.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
- Skilled in managing a pipeline and closing deals.

Pay
Base pay range: $125,000.00 – $155,000.00. We’re committed to offering competitive and flexible compensation to attract top talent. This pay range reflects our good faith estimate for the role and may vary based on a candidate’s experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. For bonus-eligible roles, targets are determined based on multiple considerations, including market benchmarks and individual contributions.
