Responsibilities
- Aid the dental team in delivering high-quality patient care.
- Set up treatment areas, sterilize equipment, and keep workspaces clean and organized.
- Provide patients with advice on maintaining good oral hygiene and post-procedure care.
- Support dentists during procedures, anticipating their needs and facilitating a smooth workflow.
- Manage appointment scheduling and accurately maintain patient records.
Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of relevant dental assisting experience.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication abilities and a friendly, caring demeanor.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in dental software and technology is preferred.
Requirements
- Georgia residents must have:
- CPR Certification,
- Expanded Duties Dental Assistant (EDDA) certification,
- Proof of formal training to expose X-rays.
