The Executive Vice President of Ai4 will lead the brand as it continues to grow in the exciting sector of artificial intelligence. This is an opportunity to shape the future of one of the fastest-growing technology brands in North America.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term vision for Ai4, establishing it as the world's most influential AI brand and the premier gathering for the global artificial intelligence community.
- Drive sustained commercial growth across sponsorship, exhibition, registration, strategic partnerships, and new revenue opportunities.
- Position Ai4 as the benchmark for AI events worldwide, recognized for innovation, influence, customer experience, and commercial excellence.
- Expand Ai4 beyond the convention center by creating a city-wide Las Vegas experience that becomes an annual destination for the global AI ecosystem.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Content, and Product teams to strengthen brand awareness, accelerate audience growth, and deepen Ai4's international reputation.
- Deliver industry-leading experiences by leading the design and execution of world-class events that consistently exceed the expectations of attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, speakers, and partners.
- Build scalable operating models that enable rapid growth without compromising the creativity, energy, and attention to detail that define the Ai4 experience.
- Champion innovation across every aspect of event delivery, embracing emerging technologies and new ideas to create experiences that customers cannot find anywhere else.
- Partner with suppliers and partners to elevate the Ai4 brand and enable best-in-class execution.
- Build a high-performance business by using data, customer insights, and market intelligence to identify opportunities, guide strategic decisions, and accelerate growth.
- Establish meaningful KPIs that measure commercial performance, customer satisfaction, brand strength, operational excellence, and long-term business success.
- Lead the continued evolution of the business infrastructure, systems, and organizational capabilities needed to support a rapidly scaling global brand.
- Foster collaboration across every function, ensuring teams are aligned behind clear priorities, shared goals, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Requirements
- A strong interest in AI, with a plus if you have more direct experience applying AI.
- Significant senior leadership experience leading large-scale exhibitions, conferences, festivals, media brands, or other high-growth customer-focused businesses.
- A proven track record of scaling brands, driving sustained commercial growth, and leading high-performing organizations through periods of rapid expansion.
- Demonstrated success building and elevating category-leading brands that command industry recognition and customer loyalty.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience developing growth strategies, identifying new opportunities, and delivering exceptional financial performance.
- A strategic mindset combined with the ability to execute with pace and discipline.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to inspire teams and influence at every level.
