Executive Vice President

About the role

We are seeking a former Vice President of Ammonia who has led an ammonia plant and brings deep expertise across Engineering, Technology, Operations, and Maintenance within an ammonia production environment. This is a remote, 3+ month contract focused on Gray Ammonia.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for ammonia production operations
• Oversee engineering, technology, operations, and maintenance functions across the ammonia facility
• Drive operational excellence, safety, and reliability in gray ammonia production
• Lead cross-functional teams to optimize plant performance and production efficiency
• Develop and implement technology roadmaps and operational strategies
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Former Vice President or equivalent executive-level experience in the ammonia industry
• Proven track record of leading an ammonia production plant
• Deep expertise in Engineering, Technology, Operations, and Maintenance within ammonia production
• Extensive experience with Gray Ammonia processes and technologies
• Strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities

Qualifications

• Executive-level management experience in ammonia or related chemical production
• Comprehensive understanding of ammonia plant operations, including process engineering, maintenance strategies, and technology integration
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational improvements and manage large-scale production facilities
