Executive Vice President

About the role

The bank is seeking an Executive Vice President as part of a planned leadership transition. This individual will initially join the organization as EVP and will move into the President role in the near future.

Responsibilities

• Lead the bank’s credit, operations, and lending functions
• Manage the bank’s asset liability portfolio
• Participate or lead key bank committees
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, staff, and local organizations

Requirements

• Strong background in credit, operations, leadership, and lending
• Experience in asset liability management
• Completion of a Graduate School of Banking program preferred

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in community banking
• Visible in the community and committed to fostering relationships
