Join us. Let's care for tomorrow. Note: Having different strengths, experiences, perspectives and approaches is an integral part of Allianz‘ company culture. One means to achieve this is a regular rotation of Allianz Executive employees across functions, Allianz entities and geographies. Therefore, the company expects from its employees a general openness and a high motivation to regularly change positions and collect experiences across Allianz Group. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. The EEO statement is boilerplate; we should remove it. Also the note about rotation maybe not boilerplate? It's about company culture; might be considered substantive? It's not a requirement but maybe considered fluff. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The note about rotation is not exactly those categories; but it's more about company expectations. Might be considered not essential? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The note about rotation is substantive? It's about expectations; could be considered part of job description. However it's generic. Might keep? The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could include a section "Additional Information" maybe? But we only have headings for specific categories: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. The note about rotation doesn't fit those; maybe we can incorporate into About the role or Responsibilities? It is about expectations for employees; could be part of About the role. But we have no explicit "About the role" heading in the posting; we have a paragraph describing role. We could put that under

    About the role

as prose. Similarly, the "Total Compensation Range" is Pay. Benefits we have. Schedule: not mentioned explicitly; we have "Flexible work schedules" under benefits, but not a schedule section. So we should not create Schedule section unless posting actually states them. It does not state schedule specifics; we can omit. We need to include sections only when posting has real, specific content for it. Thus sections: About the role (maybe from first paragraph), Responsibilities (list), Requirements/Qualifications/Skills (maybe combine), Benefits (list), Pay (maybe a short paragraph). We need to decide headings: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We can choose which to include. We have qualifications and skills listed; could combine into Requirements and Skills? The instruction says use those headings if content exists. We have both qualifications and skills; we could have a

    Qualifications

    and

    Skills

but they'd be thin. Better to combine into one section maybe

    Requirements

containing both qualifications and skills. But the instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can have one section for Requirements (including qualifications and skills). Or we could have Qualifications and Skills separate but each would be thin. So combine. Thus sections: - About the role (prose from first paragraph) - Responsibilities (list) - Requirements (list combining qualifications and skills) - Benefits (list) - Pay (paragraph with compensation range) We must not repeat job title as heading. Good. We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we don't duplicate. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft. First, About the role: combine the first sentences: "Reporting Line: RVP, Specialty Underwriting Directly responsible and accountable for the marketing and underwriting of the Surety portfolio for the Allianz Trade North America Surety Team. The National Accounts Surety Manager is responsible for establishing strong broker relationships, building and managing a book of large account surety accounts, effectively marketing Surety’s capabilities, and underwriting profitable business in the region." We could maybe drop "Reporting Line:" as it's metadata; but we can keep as part of prose. It's not a heading. It's fine. Now Responsibilities: list each bullet. We need to ensure we preserve all substantive info. Let's list them exactly as given. Responsibilities bullets: - Developing and executing a strategic business plan in order to expand AZ Trade’s America’s Surety business in the Region. - Developing and underwriting a profitable portfolio of Surety business through active engagement in the Surety marketplace with existing and new broker relationships. - Documenting of all decisions and recommendations in a consistent and transparent manner. - Establishing and maintaining key relationships while building out a nationally-focused book - Conducting account and portfolio underwriting activities in a manner consistent with underwriting guidelines and portfolio management requirements established by AZ Trade. - Collaborating with Allianz colleagues across the Americas and internationally in order to fully leverage Allianz surety capabilities and existing customer base. - Coordinating with Allianz Surety teams globally to ensure alignment on risk and underwriting issues. - Actively participating in industry groups, and local surety events. Note: Some bullets have minor grammar issues; we keep as is. Now Requirements: combine qualifications and skills. List items: - College degree with emphasis in business, economics, or finance - 7+ years industry experience, predominately as an underwriter. - Proven ability to underwrite and grow a Surety portfolio. - Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in contract surety and strong knowledge of the U.S. surety market. - Entrepreneurial skill set to establish and achieve goals and objectives. - Established track record developing strong relationships and business with brokers. - Proven ability to underwrite and grow a Surety portfolio focused on Large U.S And Multinational Contractors - Experience in the development and management of marketing plans, business plans and budgets. - Knowledge of Surety distribution channels and experience in managing relationships with national and regional brokers. - Recognized expertise in the underwriting of contract surety accounts and risks. - Ability to work in fast paced, service driven environment - Strong attention to detail - Sound management and interpersonal skills in order to effectively work in a multidisciplinary team environment - Strong communication skills in order to establish a market presence - Ability to work independently with limited oversight. - Ability to travel as needed - Looking for candidates that possess a basic awareness of Artificial Intelligence technologies and are enthusiastic about learning and integrating AI into everyday business processes. We should ensure no duplication: there is "Proven ability to underwrite and grow a Surety portfolio." appears twice? Actually appears once in qualifications and again later for large US contractors; but they are slightly different: first generic, second focused on large US and multinational contractors. Keep both. Now Benefits: list. - Competitive compensation - Annual bonus eligibility and/or commission structure opportunities - 401(k) discretionary match of up to 6% - Flexible work schedules - Health and wellness benefits - Paid time off for vacation, illness, Birthday Day Off and Volunteer Day Off - Tuition Reimbursement - Family care resources, including fertility and adoption benefits We could also include the line "Learn More About Our Benefits Here https://rcmd-connect.com/allianztrade/" but that's a link; maybe we can include as a <
