Pay range: $64,000 – $128,000. Pay is based on several factors including labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications.

Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver guest experience commitments by holding team leaders accountable, developing teams, and recognizing outstanding performance
- Review guest, financial, and team metrics to identify gaps and drive results
- Partner across teams to create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience
- Build an inclusive, high-performing culture through continuous learning, training, and clear expectations
- Lead a team of HR Experts and HR Team Leaders to solve problems and remove roadblocks
- Plan and manage programs related to culture, pay, rewards, and benefits to maximize team member engagement
- Develop and coach your HR Team Leader to elevate team skills and expertise
- Anticipate and identify current and future team needs to support store health and drive sales
- Support leaders in creating an inclusive environment where diverse voices are valued
- Support organizational and operational change by focusing on HR priorities and impact
- Assess competition and leverage guest insights to drive business and be the destination of choice
- Promote a culture where teams love to work and guests love to shop through recognition and feedback
- Support, coach, and recognize leadership to ensure timely training completion
- Build relationships important to the local community and engage the store team on initiatives
- Be approachable and available for your team, fostering a culture where issues are quickly resolved
- Support leaders in publishing compliant schedules that meet business needs and team availability
- Develop a store staffing strategy to ensure consistent work hours and reduce schedule fluctuations
- Guide store leaders in hiring and onboarding candidates with the right skills and experience
- Lead and model best practices in team onboarding, learning, and training to close skill gaps
- Establish a culture of accountability through clear expectations and performance management
- Lead investigations to resolve concerns and foster a positive work environment
- Demonstrate and promote a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
- Develop and lead a safety culture, identifying and correcting hazards, and holding teams accountable
- Lead an in-store security culture focusing on deterrence, response, and resolution
- Implement merchandise protection strategies across the store
- Assume store-level leadership on duty (LOD) responsibilities during assigned shifts
- As a key carrier, implement all safe and secure training and processes
- Address all store emergency and compliance needs, including claims management and return-to-work programs
Requirements
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong business acumen
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity
- Ability to manage conflict, lead, and hold others accountable
- Ability to relate well with and interact with all levels of the organization
- Strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, financial, and quantitative analysis
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology
- Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- Access all areas of the building to respond to guest or team member issues
- Interpret instructions, reports, and information
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving up to 15 pounds and occasionally up to 44 pounds without assistance
- Climb up and down ladders as needed
- Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
- Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, overnights, holidays); reliable and prompt attendance necessary
