Pay range: $83,200.00 - $130,000.00. Pay is based on several factors including labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications.

Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver guest experience commitments and hold team leaders accountable for exceptional guest experiences through development, training, and recognition.
- Review area guest, financial, and team metrics to identify gaps and set clear priorities that drive results.
- Partner across teams to create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience.
- Build an inclusive, high-performing culture by developing leaders through continuous learning and clear expectations.
- Lead a team of HR Experts and HR Team Leaders to solve problems and remove roadblocks for the store team.
- Plan and manage programs related to culture, pay, rewards, and benefits to maximize team member engagement.
- Develop and coach your HR Team Leader to elevate team skills and expertise.
- Anticipate and identify current and future team needs to support store health and drive profitable sales.
- Support leaders in creating an inclusive environment where diverse voices are valued.
- Support organizational and operational change by focusing on HR priorities and impact.
- Assess competition and leverage guest insights to drive business decisions.
- Promote a culture where teams love to work and guests love to shop; recognize and reward outstanding performance.

- Demonstrate and promote a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
- Develop and lead a safety culture by modeling safe behaviors and correcting hazards.
- Lead an in-store security culture focusing on deterrence, response, and resolution.
- Implement merchandise protection strategies across the store.
- Assume store-level leadership on duty (LOD) responsibilities during assigned shifts.
- Address all store emergency and compliance needs, including claims management and return-to-work programs.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Requirements
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong business acumen
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity
- Ability to manage conflict, lead, and hold others accountable
- Ability to relate well with and interact at all levels of the organization
- Strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision-making, and financial/quantitative analysis
- Ability to communicate using multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology
- Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks independently
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- Access all areas of the building to respond to guest or team member issues
- Interpret instructions, reports, and information
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving up to 15 pounds and occasionally up to 40 pounds without assistance
- Climb up and down ladders as needed
- Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
- Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, overnights, holidays); reliable and prompt attendance necessary
