About the role
The Executive Talent Partner will shape how Nothing builds its US leadership team, acting as a strategic talent advisor to the CEO, exec team, and US stakeholders on every senior search. They will own the full recruitment lifecycle end-to-end, from market mapping to offer close, across both exec-level and specialist hiring in San Francisco.
Responsibilities
- Shape the US leadership team
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle end-to-end
- Tell our story with a point of view that cuts through the noise
- Build and maintain deep talent networks across the SF tech and commercial scene
- Develop real-time market intelligence on compensation, talent movement, and competitor hiring
- Set up the tools, processes, and rhythms that a US hiring operation needs
- Feed insight back into the global TA team
Requirements
- 8+ years of recruitment experience, with meaningful time spent in the SF Bay Area market and at least a few years focused on senior and leadership-level searches
- Knowledge of the SF tech ecosystem: the companies, the people, the comp norms, and a strong network to back it up
- Experience hiring across both technical and commercial functions
- Full ownership of the pipeline, including hunting, building, closing, and not waiting for inbound to do the heavy lifting
- Experience operating in a startup or scale-up environment before, without needing a lot of hand-holding
- Handling sensitive, confidential searches with discretion and professional weight, influencing at the C-suite level without losing the human touch
- Building candidate experiences that reflect the belief that the best recruitment doesn't feel like recruitment
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of the tech industry and the ability to navigate complex hiring situations
- Proven track record of successfully leading executive and leadership-level searches
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and clients
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
