Senior Executive Talent Partner

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Executive Talent Partner to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will focus on shaping executive hiring strategy for critical leadership positions across a dynamic, growth-oriented organization. You will partner closely with senior leaders to guide searches, build strong talent pipelines, and strengthen the company’s ability to attract exceptional executive talent. The position also calls for a data-informed approach to recruiting, with a strong emphasis on market insight, stakeholder alignment, and process improvement. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $111,500 – $207,100 annually Responsibilities Partner with business leaders to define strategies for key executive positions Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the executive recruitment process Manage and cultivate executive talent pipelines with advanced sourcing methods Collaborate with stakeholders to align recruiting strategies with company growth objectives Leverage analytics to optimize recruitment processes for best outcomes Translate market trends into actionable talent strategies Guide and mentor team members to enhance overall capabilities Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in mid- to large-size executive search firms or in-house executive search teams Proven experience in full-cycle executive recruitment Data-driven mindset with trend identification skills Mastery of recruitment tools, including ATS and CRM; Thrive preferred Collaborative spirit with the ability to influence senior leadership High integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive information Benefits Eligible for bonuses as part of the total compensation package Opportunity to influence senior leadership Access to advanced recruitment tools and methodologies Exposure to high-level executive talent strategies Involvement in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
