Responsibilities
- Manage end to end of large, global strategy programs
- Build strong relationships with senior executives/teams, influencing change and transformation efforts
- Define objectives, analytical frameworks, and execution roadmaps for strategic projects
- Track and achieve financial goals in collaboration with Finance
- Drive process improvement and change management across departments
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and analyze market trends to define problems and assess current state
- Synthesize insights into a compelling narrative while crafting recommendations with supporting rationale
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's in Strategy, Healthcare, or related field preferred
- Minimum 15 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or healthcare innovation
- Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments
- Experience in Med Tech, healthcare, or private equity-backed organizations preferred
