About the role
Seeking an Executive Steward to join the SH Restaurant Group team. You'll be part of an innovative team focused on delivering exceptional culinary experiences and maintaining high standards of service and sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Comprehensive oversight of the stewarding team
- Setting new standards for operational excellence
- Recruiting and mentoring new talent
- Managing team workflows
- Addressing guest requests
- Maintaining all kitchen and dining equipment and interiors
Requirements
- Passionate about culinary arts, cleanliness, and organization
- Minimum 2 years of similar work experience
- Advanced knowledge of stewarding operations
- Strong leadership skills
- Proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Flexible and adaptable to a 24-hour operation
Qualifications
- A post-secondary diploma or degree in hospitality or related field is a plus
Benefits
Starwood Hotels offers a competitive salary range of $92,000 to $95,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
Schedule
The SH Restaurant Group operates 24/7, requiring a flexible schedule.
