About the role

Join a role where you’ll play a vital part in the Culinary Leadership Team, overseeing the nonfood production areas that keep a high performing kitchen operating at its best. You’ll manage the dish room, storage spaces, and utility areas while upholding exceptional standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and equipment care.

Responsibilities

• Maintain top tier standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and workplace safety
• Oversee inventory, storage, and distribution of all non-food service items
• Ensure all Stewarding and Kitchen equipment is properly maintained and functioning
• Support Culinary Leadership and contribute to outstanding guest satisfaction
• Collaborate across departments to meet operational needs and service goals
• Work safely in a fast-paced environment that may involve lifting up to 50 pounds
• Maintain schedule flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Requirements

• Education Requirement: Associate degree or equivalent experience
• Management Experience: 2 years
• Related Experience: 2 years

Qualifications

Pay

Pay Range: $77605 per year - $100430 per year

Schedule

Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team. Schedule flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
