Executive Steward

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily stewarding operations, including dishwashing and sanitation
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen and back-of-house areas
• Manage inventory and proper storage of kitchen equipment and supplies
• Supervise and support stewarding staff to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Collaborate with the culinary team to deliver a seamless dining experience

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Creole required
• Spanish language skills are a plus
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Pay and Schedule

• $21 – $24 per hour (based on experience)
• Full-time, year-round position
