About the role
The Executive Steward is an integral part of the Food & Beverage team at Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort. This person supervises day-to-day operations of the hotel's stewarding department. Key responsibilities include maintaining and sanitizing all food production service areas, scheduling, managing, and training staff.

- Maintain and sanitize all food production service areas
- Schedule, manage, and train staff
- Supervise day-to-day operations of the hotel's stewarding department
Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Refined communication skills
- Strong leadership skills are highly recommended
- 3-5 years of hotel management or supervisory experience is preferred
