Executive Search Consultant

For our client, we are seeking a Executive Search Consultant to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. In this remote role, you will lead executive search efforts that help the organization identify and engage high-impact leadership talent. You will partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to shape search strategy, build targeted talent pools, and deliver market intelligence that informs hiring decisions. This position requires a consultative approach to executive recruiting, proactive sourcing expertise, and the ability to assess candidates for both capability and fit. The work will directly support critical leadership hiring needs across the business. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $144,800 – $217,200 annually Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to define search strategies and candidate profiles Develop research strategies to identify target industries and talent pools Identify and engage candidates using advanced sourcing techniques Maintain executive talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs Conduct candidate assessments to ensure alignment with position requirements Analyze and communicate market intelligence to support hiring strategies Prepare and present talent analyses and candidate updates to stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in executive search or recruitment; or an advanced degree with 8+ years of experience Proven track record in executive talent research and proactive sourcing Skilled in using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and CRM systems, along with advanced Boolean search Experience assessing candidates and managing executive-level engagement Ability to present market insights and sourcing strategies to senior stakeholders Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Account options Life insurance and long-term disability leave Dependent daycare spending account and tuition assistance Flexible benefits package designed for various career and life stages Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
