Responsibilities
- Coordinating with clients & sales team by managing schedules, & communicating relevant information
- Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
- Responding to customer's queries and offer after-sales support when requested
- Co-Ordinate with B2C & B2B Customers for existing and New Sales, Rentals & other business services
- Identify B2B and B2C leads and maintain regular database
- Develop new leads and maintain business relations with customers for regular visits
- Personal Visit to client’s place if demanded
- Offer commercial offers to clients and enquire for more requirements
- Co-Ordinate between Customers and technical team to handle tech queries
- Maintain general payables and receivables from Customers
- Identify new clients base through various known sources
- Proven experience in sales and well-organized
- Experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus
- Provide the necessary support to the field sales team
- Be a point of reference for colleagues and customers
- Adhere to sales monthly targets, ensure a solid and long-lasting development of the company
- Facilitate the team’s activities to maximize individual's performance
- Good computer skills (MS Office) & Proficiency in English
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset
Qualifications
- General Accounting maintaining Billing to Customers
- Coordinating with Auditors
- Handle Payment Receivables and Payables
- Co-Ordinate with Customers for Payments Collection and updated statements
- Maintaing proper documentation on MIS Reports of Sales Vs. Purchase
- Co-Ordinate with Suppliers & indenting team for monitoring stock levels and identifying purchasing needs
- Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery
- Updating internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)
- Conduct market research to identify pricing trends
- Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices & prepare cost analyses
- Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts
- Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
- Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition
- Experience as a Accounts & General Purchase of IT / Computer Products
- Monitor Admin Asst. and Logistics Team
- Well-organized and responsible
- Decent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent Skills in Microsoft Excel and Tally Prime / ERPA
- Team player with high level of dedication
- B-Com / M-Com with minimum 2 years experience
