Responsibilities
- Sources accurate contact details from online platforms such as LinkedIn, Fundoo Data, Google, real estate associations, RERA websites, etc.
- Focuses on sourcing contacts of real estate builders, project heads, MEP heads, architects, MEP consultants, landscape architects, and similar roles.
- Identifies new business opportunities through cold calling campaigns and referrals from current contacts.
- Collaborates with internal teams (e.g., marketing department) to develop targeted lead generation strategies.
- Drafts professional emails and branding strategies to share or respond to information requests from customers.
Mandatory Requirement
